At Color Along Pediatric Therapy, we focus on providing child friendly, family-centered services that are focused on addressing the needs of each child in areas where our experienced therapists can provide support. We work closely with families to make their goals a reality!

Color Along is looking to fill Full time, Part time, and Contract OT, SLP, PT, and pediatric dietician positions on our team. We are looking for a compassionate, hard-working, thoughtful, resourceful and motivated candidate that wants to work in a multidisciplinary setting and make a difference in kids' lives. We are looking to fill contract positions at our Hinsdale Office and also at an offsite locations (via Action Behavior Center) in Burr Ridge, Naperville, and Westmont, IL.

This position is flexible in terms of hours and we can hire anywhere between 8-30 hours per week (or more!) depending on what you can offer. We are willing to work with you so that you are able to maintain work-life balance.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate client's needs using standardized assessments., Meet with client and caregiver to discuss goals and treatment plans., Educate family and caregivers on disorders, treatments and interventions., Observe and assess client's progress., Develop, implement and revise treatment plans., Collaborate with other team members as well as child's physicians as needed.
• The candidate must have a positive attitude, be a self starter, be confident and be willing to be a team player. Outside of that, we are looking for an OT and/or CCC-SLP licensed in the state of Illinois and have pediatric experience in either a outpatient, clinical, or school setting.
