About Therapy
What Is Physical Therapy
Physical therapy supports children who have challenges with gross motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, or endurance. It helps children develop the movement skills they need for walking, running, climbing, playing sports, and keeping up with peers in everyday activities. Therapy focuses on improving posture, mobility, coordination, and motor control while building confidence and independence in movement. Sessions are designed to feel supportive and engaging, helping children participate more comfortably at home, in school, and in the community.
