Speech-Language Pathologist
Eva earned her Bachelor of Science in Speech and Hearing Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Lewis University.
Clinical Superpower: Eva is passionate about helping children build the foundations of clear communication! Her clinical interests focus heavily on speech sound production, articulation, and the vital areas of feeding, oral motor skills, and swallowing. As a dedicated clinician, she is constantly seeking to expand her expertise in these areas to provide the best possible care for her patients.
Why She Loves Pediatrics: Eva believes that language and communication are critical parts of life. She finds it incredibly rewarding to guide children and their families as they navigate the world, helping kids find their unique voices, gain independence, and communicate functionally every day. Her therapy sessions are always engaging—she absolutely loves using classic board games like CandyLand, Chutes and Ladders, Guess Who!, and Jenga (which she notes is an amazing tool for practicing articulation!).
Fun Fact: Eva has recently embraced the snow and discovered a brand new hobby! She just learned how to ski and now loves hitting the slopes during the winter months.
